Restored Stained Glass with gilded number, Aberdeen
I was in Aberdeen on Friday, visiting a converted church which needs a fair bit of work done, and I cycled past a set of windows I had restored earlier in the year. Unusually, I didn’t install these panels – instead they went to a joinery form who fitted them after reconstructing the whole doorset. The traditional gilding was done by Michael Zappert.
