Newly restored and gilded window, Queens Cross, Aberdeen
This large, almost square transom panel was badly deformed, leaking and the gilding had almost disappeared. We remade the panel, replacing 5-6 panes and re-gilded the original number using 23.5 ct gold leaf. Other examples of gilded work we have carried out can be viewed in our Portfolio.
